1. Who Runs This Website

e7days.com is run by Grzegorz Urzędowski, sole proprietorship under the brand e7days Studio, NIP (Tax ID): 8992921025, REGON: 521546135, registered in the Polish Central Register of Business Activity (CEIDG), where the full registration details, including the address for service, are publicly available. Contact: contact@e7days.com. He is the controller of the personal data described below.

2. No Accounts, No Tracking

The website has no user accounts, no forms, no newsletter and no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not set our own cookies.

3. Data Processed When You Visit

  • Hosting (Cloudflare, Inc.). The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and time of the request in short-lived server logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Fonts (Google Fonts). Pages load the Inter font from Google servers, so your browser sends your IP address to Google LLC. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in consistent presentation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Embedded videos (YouTube). The trailer is embedded from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). When the player loads, Google may receive your IP address and may store cookies or similar data on your device under its own privacy policy.

4. When You Email Us

If you write to contact@e7days.com, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and any related claims.

5. Links to Other Services

Links such as "Play in your browser" (Playgama) or Google Play take you to external services that have their own privacy policies. We do not control what they collect.

6. Transfers Outside the EEA

Cloudflare and Google may process data in the USA. Both participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or use Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict processing and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@e7days.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
